Field Leadership Series (FLS)

Delving into the practices of high-performing leaders and firms, this series contains four workshops designed to build every crucial aspect of your business: recruiting and selection, new advisor success, retention, and high-performance culture. Each module is designed to be an 8-hour workshop, run either in-person or virtually.

We take the uncertainty out of recruiting and identify the tangible, applications-oriented practices necessary for successful processes by investigating the support and systems that set high-performing field leaders apart from their lower-performing peers.

As participants, sales managers will:

  • Develop an ideal candidate profile
  • Learn to leverage primary and secondary recruiting sources, such as centers of influence, agent referral programs, and observation (approach and value proposition)
  • Strengthen their selection process by identifying key screening tools and assessing candidates for fit, willingness, and ability to perform

As participants, sales managers will learn how to:

Solid systems and processes are important, but they don’t guarantee high performance. The actions, attitudes, and behaviors of the people on your team drive high performance, not the processes you implement. In this workshop, we identify the 10 best practices that top-performing leaders use to create a high-performance culture in their agencies and firms.

As participants, leaders will:

  • Identify the leading indicators of high performance
  • Apply a model to promote lasting change
